30-Day Returns & Refunds

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. Returns or refund requests submitted after this period cannot be accepted.

Once approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used to place your order.

Return Eligibility

Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, including all applicable tags and packaging.

Items returned damaged, altered, used, or with missing parts may not qualify for a refund unless the issue was caused by our error.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. In these cases, VitaleSuite will cover the return shipping cost.

How to Return Your Order

To return an eligible item:

4. Once your return has been received and inspected, any approved refund will be processed within 7 days.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To order a different size, colour, or style, return your eligible item for a refund and place a new order for your preferred option.
