Where We Ship

This shipping policy covers every order sent within the United States. At present we are pleased to deliver to customers in all 50 states.

Delivery Timeline

We know you’re looking forward to your order, so we do everything we can to get it to you quickly. Here’s what to expect:

Order Cutoff Time: 5:00 PM (GMT). Any order placed after this time is processed on the next business day.

Order Handling Time: 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday). During this window we carefully pack your items and hand them to our shipping partner.

Transit Time: 5 to 9 business days for standard delivery within the United States. Once your parcel is with the carrier, it’s on its way to you.

Shipping Carriers

We work with trusted carriers so that your order arrives safely and on schedule. Depending on your location and the details of your package, we may use:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • FedEx
  • DHL
  • Other regional carriers

Shipping Costs

Good news — shipping within the United States is always free. We cover the cost on every order, with no minimum spend required. That means free delivery whether you buy a single item or ten.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, we’ll email you a confirmation containing a tracking number and a link so you can follow your parcel’s progress. You can also check your order status on our website at any time.

Delivery Issues

Occasionally things don’t go to plan — a package is delayed or lost, or it arrives and something isn’t right. If you run into any delivery problem, simply get in touch. Email us at support@vitalesuite.com and we’ll work with our shipping partners to put it right as quickly as possible.

International Shipping

For the moment we ship within the United States only. We’re a growing brand and we hope to expand overseas before long. If you’re outside the US and interested in our products, do check back soon — we’d love to serve you one day.
